Reserved Rental Cancellation Policy: Rentals must be cancelled not later than 4:00 PM the Thursday immediately preceding the race that the reservation is made for. The cancellation MUST be done by calling and speaking with our sales representatives at (800) 272-7111. Be sure to get your cancellation number or you will be charged for the rental. Rentals not picked up are not eligible for refund.
